Celia Hebel, 96, passed away on November 26, 2016 at home with her loving family at her side. She was born in Burlington, VT. She lived in Londonderry, VT and Melbourne Beach, FL, before moving to Whippany 10 years ago.Celia lovingly took care of her family as a homemaker.She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Ochs and her husband, Paul, of Morristown, Karen Waller and her husband, Brian, of Pound Ridge, NY, as well as seven grandchildren, Matthew, Sharon, Lauren, David, Scott, Dana, and Jamie. She is also survived by 3 great-granddaughters, Hannah, Bella, and Sierra.She was predeceased by her beloved husband, William Hebel, in 2014 and her son, Dr. Mel Hebel. Arrangements are under the care of Dangler Funeral Home, Morris Plains, NJ.
