Obituary of Catherine Kay Conradi

Catherine “Kay” F. Conradi, 92, of Morris Plains, NJ passed away on October 9, 2015. Born in Linden, NJ, Kay resided in Morris Plains for over 60 years. Kay was a member of St. Virgil’s Church in Morris Plains, and the Morris Plains Fire Department Ladies’ Auxiliary for over 50 years. Kay savored spending time with her family and friends. She especially enjoyed travelling, bingo, and trips to Atlantic City. Kay is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, William J. Conradi; and her devoted children, William, Jr. (Jill), John (Rick), and Laura (Jan). She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Lacey (Trevor), Jadian (Jesse), Connor, Erin (Bryan), Ross, Lindsey, and Mike; as well as her adored great-grandchildren, Kai, and Adilee. Kay was predeceased by her beloved siblings, John Tratulis, and Helen Pauswinski. Visiting will be on Monday, October 12, 2015 from 3-7pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains, NJ. A Funeral Mass for Kay will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 10:00am at St. Virgil’s Church, 250 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains, NJ. Entombment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in memory of Kay can be made to: Morris Plains Fire Dept. Ladies’ Auxiliary. Envelopes will be provided by the Funeral Home. The family would like to express their gratitude and appreciation to the staff at Merry Heart, Succasunna for the care and compassion they provided to Kay.
