From a work perspective, Scott was very thoughtful and fair. He would focus on how to fix processes. He also reminded us it is ok to work hard and have fun. He would brighten our days with a random surprise costume. He made many different connections with employees. For me, we would share stories about our families. Scott's stories made you feel like you were there. He was very proud of his family, and you could sense the love he had for each of them. Scott would ask about my family members by name. I will never forget the day he asked me how Espy was doing. I was extremely impressed he cared enough to remember my dog's name. Will miss hearing about Scott's family adventures through Scott's eyes.
