Jerry graduated from Dover High School in 1954 where he was a proud member of the Dover Cadet Drum Corp. and Dover Area Jaycees. He was a graduate of Seton Hall University, Class of 1958, where he studied Finance and participated in the Army ROTC. He later served as a 1st Lieutenant in The Army of the United States.  One of Jerry’s proudest accomplishments was being promoted to Vice President of Financial Operations at City Federal Savings & Loan in Florham Park until 1990.

He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help where he was actively involved with the Catholic Fraternal Organization Knights of Columbus, Grand Knight & 4th Degree and Treasurer of the Sacred Heart Festival in Bernardsville.  He was a former member of the Bernardsville Board of Adjustment from 1982-2015 and the Bernardsville Board of Education in 1986.

Jerry spent most of his free time with his beloved and devoted wife, Jean, and teaching the grandchildren and great-grandchildren academics, as numbers were his specialty. Never wavering, Jerry was always there for his family and will be missed immensely.
