Obituary of Maryelyn E. Weigand
Maryelyn passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 8th. She was a beloved wife, grandmother, stepmother, sister, and friend to many. She dedicated herself to her family, especially her 13 grandchildren, always offering a listening ear and a warm hug.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years Robert, her brothers John and Richard, stepchildren Robert, Richard, Marylou, Elizabeth, Joan, Cathy (deceased), 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Friends and family are welcome to gather on Friday, March 14, 2025 from 4-7pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, Madison, NJ. A celebration of Maryelyn's life will be held at 7:00pm at the Funeral Home, where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and share stories of the wonderful person she was. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Chatham Emergency Squad in her name (www.chathamemergencysquad.org).
Though she may no longer be with us, Maryelyn’s love, wisdom, and warmth will continue to guide and inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will forever live on in our hearts.
