A name out of the past! - Alice and Victor Jacobus who I knew very well many years ago at the First Congregational Christian Church in Irvington!!! I kept in touch with Alice for many years. My very sincere sympathy and wishes that special good memories will always be with you.

It's funny how you remember the little things. I had an old VW Beetle whose driver's side floor had rusted away so far that I could look down and see the road. I mentioned this to Bob. Within a few days he had apiece of galvanized sheet metal and some adhesive, and before long I had a new floor! That was just the kind of friend he was. Everyone in my family feels a terrible sense of loss. Rest in peace, Mr. J. I love you.
