Dolly, Today I had to say goodbye to you and it was very hard for me to do. I will cherish our friendship forever. You were such a beautiful person inside and out. Every time we spoke either in person or on the phone I would end our conversation with "I love you Dolly" and you would say "Love you JoJo". So my dear friend today for the last time I have to say "I love you Dolly". You will be greatly missed. Joann Kubichek

Dolly was one of the most genuine and loving people I have ever met. I could come to her with anything and she was able to solve it with a smile or listen with intent. She was truly an inspiration in my life and I know she was for others as well. I know that her beautiful, love spirit will continue to be a presence in the lives of many. I hope she knows how much she was loved. Rest in the sweetest peace.

I've only known Dolly since she hired me in Sept 2023, but she made such a positive impact on my life. She always made sure to let me know how much I was appreciated, a trait not many leaders have anymore. I will miss our early morning talks, her smile and seeing what she would be wearing that day (of course, color coordinated, accessories and all). We would laugh and share so many stories...Oh how she adored her Jimmy! She had the ability to make you feel like you were an immediate part of her family and for that I will be forever grateful and hold her in my heart. My heart goes out to Jimmy, Colleen and all her family and friends. She will be greatly missed not only by her team but by everyone at AHS and everywhere that knew her! God bless you Dolly xo

Dolly was the kindest and most sincere person, she always was everyone’s cheerleader, and brought so much joy and life to those around her. She was a wealth of knowledge, and was somebody that I would always go to for any question She was always helpful and appreciative of everything and everyone around her. She never looked at the obstacles in her life, but looked for the ways to get things done for our patients, her peers, the doctors and the hospital. She was, and will always be a very special person to me, and to the success of my career. I loved her as a person and peer, and I send my deepest Condolences to her family for their grief and loss. She’ll be somebody I will remember and honor for my lifetime and hope I can emulate her positive spirit to those around me.

A truly amazing individual. I had the pleasure of knowing her during my 6 years at Morristown MMC. She was lovely and caring. I would look forward to seeing her and speaking with her in the pre surgical area most mornings. She spoke highly of “My Jimmy”. A special person whose presence and smile will forever be missed. My sincerest condolences to Dolly's husband Jimmy, sister Colleen and family! I was so sorry to hear of Dolly's passing! I went to grammar school with Dolly at St. Margaret's. I remember her as such a sweet, funny and loving person! EVERYONE loved Dolly! She was beautiful inside and out! I mostly remember her striking powder-blue eyes! She was stunning! A few of our classmates were actually have been talking about holding a reunion for over a year now and I was looking forward to catching up with everyone. I am so saddened that I will be selfishly denied the opportunity to reunite with Dolly! Although we haven't seen each other in years, you were never far from my fond memories! Please know I will keep your husband and your family in my prayers and ask that you pray for all of us who face another day without you in it!
Love you Dolly! God Speed!

I have known Dolly for many years. She was always a bright shining light despite some tragedies in her life. She always gave me a kiss on Doctor's Day. The last time I saw Dolly was last year in the Surgical Family Waiting Room when my wife was having surgery. She brightened my day. If I had known it would be the last time I saw her, I would have told her how much I cared about her and thanked her for all the encouragement and joy she brought to me during our encounters. My heart breaks for her husband and for Colleen.

There are no words to describe my heart ache. Dolly was not only a big advocate for ANYONE she came in contact with but a secret guardian angel. Always keeping a smile on her face and the coolest composure. She was a force to be reckoned with. There truly can never be another like Dolly. I will forever remember her contagious presence and will keep her near and dear to my heart. My condolences to her family. I love you Dolly and will forever miss you.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Dolly for many years. If we had a disagreement, we always managed to resolve it professionally and lovingly! Dolly always tried to extend fairness to everyone, regardless of one’s status in life. Morristown Medical Center has lost a very loving, dedicated, and valuable employee! May her memory live long in the hearts of those who knew and loved her as she rests peacefully in the presence of God our Father.

Jimmy, Colleen, Shannon, Kelly, and the family,
I am so sad that Dolly has left us, but I am so grateful for the impact that she has had on my life.
24 years ago this month, I began my career at Morristown in Admitting. I must've called down to OR Scheduling about a dozen times a day because we needed ICD-9 codes or booking dates when we had to register patients for Pre-Admission testing. I was always greeted by a cheerful "OR. Dolly." I finally walked down to the little office by the Jefferson Elevators Bank One and met her in person and we became fast friends.
I had the absolute privilege and honor of working under her leadership for the last decade in the Surgical Family Waiting Room. Her warm spirit and generous nature provided a soothing environment for patients, family members and employees alike. Her dedication to Morristown is something that will never be matched.
I'll always cherish our talks, hearing her "Good Morning my friend," or "Hi Honey," and just her enthusiasm for life, her family, God, and being a part of the Morristown Memorial/Morristown Medical extended family.
I know her spirit will always surround us, but I am going to miss my friend.
I love you Dollface.

I met Dolores in the 5th grade and we became friends right away! She used to buy me and another friend candy at Shalit’s before walking home from St. Margaret’s School. Recently, she was my Angel when I told her I was getting major neck and back surgery. She sent me to a fantastic neurosurgeon across from Morristown Medical Center and he said there was no need for surgery. I believe she “saved” me from a lifetime of more agony or even worse! At Bayley Ellard high school we were best friends with another girl who later married Dolores’s cousin. She was a very special Angel on earth and now has no more suffering. My husband (also a high school friend) and I are very saddened by her passing. We send our deepest condolences and prayers to her family. We love you Dolores! Watch over us from heaven and we will be together again one day! Love Barb Xoxo
