Obituary of Brenda A. Meehan

Brenda Meehan, 75, of Florham Park passed away on June 6, 2025. 

Born in Newark, Brenda resided in Florham Park for the past 42 years. 

Brenda earned her Nursing degree from Marymount University in 1969. She worked as an R.N. for over 30 years, but more recently was the Owner/Director of the Millburn Montessori School in Millburn for 12 years. She retired in 2012. 

Brenda is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Kevin Meehan; and her devoted children, Kevin Meehan, and his wife, Elizabeth Zick, of New York, NY, Kimberly Siara, and her husband, Steve, of Berkeley Heights, NJ, and Corey Meehan, and his wife, Regina, of Berkeley Heights, NJ. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Russell, Willa, Sydney, Stephen, Samantha, Franny, Makayla, and Mara; as well her sister, Janice Clitheroe, of Ponte Verda, FL, and Robert Blasi, and his wife, Barbara, of Spring, Lake, NJ. 

Visitation for Brenda will be on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 4-7pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main Street, Madison. Inurnment of Ashes and Committal Service will take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 11:00am at Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, 225 Ridgedale Avenue, East Hanover.
