Frank was my supervisor at Bell Labs and General Dynamics. He was a model as an engineer, a manager, and a human being. I'm sure it was his recommendation that caused my promotion to DMTS. We kept in touch after he retired. Darlene and I miss him. Garrett Sylvester

Frank was an outstanding engineer, a gifted communicator, a wonderful human being, and a true friend. I deeply valued working with him, learning from him, and sharing stories about our lives and backgrounds. I shared a picture of him in his office when we worked for General Dynamics in Whippany, NJ. May he rest in peace and in light.

I am so glad that I got to know Frank as a patient in our practice. I have known him for 28 years. He was a real gentleman. He always wanted to know how my family was and I loved catching up with him about his family. I will always remember his warm smile every time we saw each other. Sending all of my love to his family and may he rest in peace. Lynn

My condolences to Ann and family. You will never find a kinder and more considerate friend than Frank. My only regret is that my wife and I didn't find more time to spend with Frank and Ann. The main thing, besides his positive attributes, was his creativeness in his ship building and how the smallest detail would not be missed. May he rest in Peace until our future meeting.
