As someone that knew Eileen for over 60 years...sparred with her through Grammar School and grew to admire, respect and love her...I am very saddened by her passing. As I found out long ago - there are no positive words at times like this - but there are positive thoughts. I will keep those in my head and in my heart.
Back almost 50 years ago when I was sitting in my parent's driveway after my Dad had passed suddenly...it was Eillen's Father who came out to speak to me - and - told me to always hold the memories dear, no matter how much they hurt. That has stuck with me always.
Wishing wonderful memories that become increasing less painful to Brad and all 'the Reeve kids'. And Eileen, save a spot for me, I'll be ready to throw snowballs at you once again in the future...

My deepest condolences to the Reeve and McKenna families on Eileen’s passing.
Eileen and I spent many mornings together waiting for the ECLC bus arrivals, and I always looked forward to our chats. She was funny, quick-witted, and never afraid to say what she thought. She had such a strong spirit and a great sense of humor. She was a truly wonderful person, and I will miss her friendship. I am so lucky to have known her.

Brad, Erin, Dan, Casey, and Conor. I love you all and am praying to God for him to give you the strength to endure the loss of your Wife and Mom. I love you guys. Hug those beautiful little granddaughters, Reagan, Ainsley & Sadie.
Eileen, very few people know all the sacrifices you made. Even fewer know the obstacles you overcame. But I do. No one could ask for a better Big Sister than you. You were my guardian, my protector, and my rescuer. Thank you for always being there for me. I can’t get this song chorus out of my head. It makes me smile and cry at the same time.
“All our lives, we had fun
We had seasons in the sun
But the hills that we climbed
Were just seasons out of time.”
Goodbye Big Sister, I will carry you in my heart always.
I love you.

I was lucky enough to have worked closely with Eileen multiple times. I will never forget the summer she was my assistant and with her dedication she helped me nail my demo lesson which resulted me becoming a teacher at ECLC. Many laughs that summer, she will be missed.

Our hearts are heavy learning about Eileen's passing.. Eileen and I met when we became Catechists at St Vincent's in the 1990s..we have shared numerous coffees, dinners, weddings and friendship throughout the years. You are the strongest person I know and I always admired your ability to fight the good fight. I Miss You Sweetie... Bob also wants you to know how much he appreciated Eileen's kindness each and every time we were together...❤️ RIP DEAR FRIEND ....❤️
