Visitation
Obituary of Charles R. Seaberg
Charles R. “Chuck” Seaberg, 40, of Morris Plains passed away at home with his loving family by his side on November 5, 2025.
Born in Summit, Chuck was a life-long resident of Morris Plains.
Chuck graduated from Morristown High School in 2003 and earned his Associates degree in Engineering from County College of Morris.
Chuck is survived by his loving parents, Charles J. and BettyLou (Stewart) Seaberg; and his devoted siblings, Tara Trumpf, and her husband, William, of Roxbury, and Daniel Seaberg, of Morris Plains. He is also survived by his adored nieces, and the apples of his eye – Kaylee, Aubree, and Rylee Trumpf; as well as his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
There are countless things we will miss about Chuck – some include his vast knowledge of science, math and trivia; his love of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Yankees; his witty, sarcastic personality; playing pranks on his nieces; and his genuine, one-of-a-kind heart.
Family and friends are welcome to gather for a visitation for Chuck on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 5-8pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. (*In memory of Chuck, his family asks guests to wear Pittsburgh Steelers fan attire or their favorite sports attire.*) Interment of Ashes will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in memory of Chuck may be made to: American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org), or Eleventh Hour Rescue (www.ehrdogs.org).
