Obituary of JoAnn Weber

JoAnn Weber, age 68, of Denville, NJ, was called home to eternal rest on February 25, 2026, held close in the hearts and hands of her family.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother whose love ran deep and unwavering. Her children were her heart, and her grandchildren were her greatest joy and proudest blessing. She showed her love through fierce protectiveness, quiet sacrifice, and a steadfast presence her family could always count on.

JoAnn possessed a strong will and a determined spirit. Her stubborn streak, well known and often admired, reflected her resilience and deep convictions. She stood her ground, held tightly to those she loved, and faced life’s challenges with grit and courage. That strength became part of the legacy she leaves behind: perseverance, devotion, and enduring love.

After facing health challenges with bravery, she passed peacefully with her family by her side. In her final hours, surrounded by prayer and comfort, her loved ones entrusted her into God’s care, trusting she was welcomed into eternal light and freed from earthly burdens.

JoAnn was predeceased by her loving grandmother, Kathleen Henderson, parents, Harriet & John Pico, and cherished sister, Wendy Gordon. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Kevin; her three daughters, Angela (Chris Klein), Jaime, and Ashley; her cherished grandchildren, Christopher, Samuel, Lukas, Abigail, John, Kevin, and Jonah; and many nieces and nephews who will forever carry her fierce love in their hearts.

While her family grieves her absence deeply, they find comfort in believing she has been reunited with the loving family members and dear friends who went before her, now welcoming her with open arms in Heaven. Her strength, devotion, and spirit will remain with those who loved her always.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, March 8, 2026 from 2-6pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. (*A steady flow throughout the Funeral Home will ensure all guests time to pay their respects.) A Funeral Mass for JoAnn will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 10:00am at Notre Dame of Mount Carmel Church, 95 Ridgedale Avenue, Cedar Knolls.

In honoring JoAnn’s memory, the family acknowledges the gift of life given by countless organ donors, without whom she would not have had the chance for a second life. They encourage others to consider registering as organ donors, continuing the cycle of generosity and hope for those in need.
