Obituary of Linda A. Krug

Linda A. Krug passed away on April 22, 2026.

She was a devoted mother, cherished Nana, and loyal friend, known for her humor, forward spirit, and deep generosity.

Linda was a retired New York City public school teacher with a love for history, which she shared with her students throughout her career.

Outside the classroom, Linda was happiest with her family, iced coffee in hand, shopping when she could, dancing like nobody was watching, and faithfully rooting for the New York Mets—no matter how they were doing.

She is survived by her two daughters, her son, her son-in-law, her former husband, and her ten beloved grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA in her memory.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
