Obituary of Joseph M. Lang

~~Joseph M. Lang, 65, of Morris Plains passed away on November 4, 2017.

Born and raised in Allentown, PA, Joseph resided in Morris Plains for the past 26 years.

Joseph graduated from Allentown High School and Lehigh County Community College. He worked as a Supervisor at Kraft/Nabisco Bakery in Fairlawn for 27 years, before retiring in 2017.

Joseph was a parishioner and taught CCD at both, St. Virgil’s Church in Morris Plains and Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church in Cedar Knolls. He was also a Eucharistic Minister at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church as well.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Susan, of Morris Plains; his brother, George Lang, and his wife, Joan, of Northampton, PA; and his nieces and nephews, George, Jammie, Zachary, and Mayia Lang, of Easton, PA, Joshua Lang, of Northampton, PA, and Erin Colleen Yanarella, of Oceanport, NJ. Joseph was predeceased by his parents, John F., Sr. and Mary Lang, and his brother, John F., Jr., and his wife, Joanna Lang.

A Memorial Mass for Joseph will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 10:00am at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church, 75 Ridgedale Avenue, Cedar Knolls. Interment will be private. Arrangements were under the care of Dangler Funeral Home, Morris Plains.
