Obituary of Virginia Larsen

Virginia Larsen, 81, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2016 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Perth Amboy, NJ, and lived in Randolph, NJ, for 57 years. She graduated from Woodbridge High School and Trenton State Teachers College in 1956. She lovingly took care of her family as a homemaker. Virginia is survived by her son, Lawrence (L.J.) Larsen, Jr. and his wife, Jacinta, Plymouth, MI, and her daughter, Lynn Beaufait and her husband, David, Bridgewater, NJ. She is also survived by her sister, Pat Lagay, Metuchen, NJ, and her loving grandchildren, Tim Larsen, and his wife, Renee, Andy Larsen, and his wife, Claire, Byron Beaufait, Brittany Beaufait, Scott Beaufait, Lauren Larsen, Kristen Larsen. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Lawrence J. Larsen, Sr. in 2012. Virginia lived for periods of time in Italy, India and England. She loved to travel and to spend time with her family. She especially enjoyed the time she spent with her grandchildren. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, August 7, 2016, from 1-5 pm with a service at 4:30 pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains, NJ 07950. Interment is private.
