Obituary of Colleen Rose (Moore) Sebelle

Colleen Rose (Moore) Sebelle passed away peacefully at the age of 94.

Colleen was born on August 28, 1928 in Caldwell, New Jersey to Francis and Addie (Burke) Moore. she was one of 9 children.

Colleen married Charlie Sebelle in 1948. Colleen and Charlie Moved to Morris Plains where she was a lifelong resident.

Colleen loved to read, cook work in her flower garden and especially play with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a diehard fan of the New York Yankees and Giants.

Colleen was a homemaker and owned a gas station in Denville with Charlie for 10 years.

Colleen is predeceased by her Husband Charlie, son Thomas and daughter-in Law Mary Ellen. She is survived by her three devoted sons, Charles Sebelle, Joseph Sebelle, and his wife, Dianna, and Stephen Sebelle, and his wife, Marianne; and her dear daughter, Colleen Boccolini, and her husband, John. She is also survived by his nine cherished grandchildren; nine adored great-grandchildren; along with many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass for Colleen will be held on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Virgil’s Church, 250 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains.
