In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in Ruth’s memory to the Salvation Army.  https://give.salvationarmyusa.org/fundraiser/1835484    Ruth's brother, Bobby, who served in World War II was a big supporter of the Salvation Army as he said they were the first relief-based organization to ultimately show up in times of need. As Ruth and Bobby shared an irreplaceable relationship one only hopes to share with their siblings, we decided that the Salvation Army would be perfect in remembrance of the loving mother, grandmother, and sister Ruth as well as her brother.
