Obituary of Doris E. Bowman

Doris E. (nee Booth) Bowman, of Morris Township, died at home surrounded by her loving family on April 21, 2017 after a long illness. Doris was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Bertha Booth, of Morris Township, and her brother, Robert Booth, Jr., of Toms River. Doris is survived by her devoted daughter, Susan McManus-Spidell, and her husband, Donald, Jr.; her two cherished grandchildren, Caitlin McManus, and Chris McManus; her beloved sister-in-law, Shirley Booth; and her adored nieces and nephews, Carol and Samuel Matino, Cynthia and Rusel Ulics, Gary and Carol Booth, as well as her great-niece, great-nephews, and great-great nephews. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. A Funeral Service for Doris will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at 11 AM at the Presbyterian Church of Morris Plains, 400 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Interment to follow at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in memory of Doris may be made to: Presbyterian Church of Morris Plains, or Somerset Hills Hospice.
