Obituary of Lenore Gaire

Lenore M. Gaire, 80, passed away April 21, 2016. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 25, 2016 at 11 AM at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Ave, Morris Plains, NJ 07950, followed by internment at Cedar Park Cemetery 735 Forest Ave, Paramus, NJ 07652. Visitation also will be held on Monday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Dangler Funeral Home. Born in Brooklyn, NYC, Lenore lived the past 50 years in Morris Township, NJ. In addition to raising her family, Lenore taught second grade for many years. After retiring, Lenore volunteered as a tutor, teaching reading to both children and adults. Lenore is survived by her loving husband, Roger Gaire, her three sons, Larry Sayette, Michael (Lisa) Sayette, and Richard (Heather) Sayette, her two stepdaughters, Susan (Eric Stavrand) Gaire, and Elizabeth (William) Schneider; her grandchildren, Katherine Gaire, Abi Stavrand, Lydia Schneider, Alexander Sayette, Sophia Sayette, Julia Sayette, Leo Sayette, and Siena Sayette; her sister-in-law Nina Miller, her nieces Rachel Miller and Jennifer Miller, and nephew, Ken Miller, who were a wonderful source of friendship. Lenore was the daughter of Solomon and Anna Miller and sister of George Miller and Jerome Miller.
