Dear Karen, I am very sorry for your loss. I have the fondest memories of being wee little girls and heading to Bamberger's almost on a daily basis so you could get the house key. Your Mom would treat us to chocolate egg creams and we would sit at the counter then off to play on the dirt mounds at the high school field. I remember her extremely gentle nature, her vibrant red hair and petite stature but mostly the love for you and your brothers. Your Mom was a very special lady and I am glad she lived such a full life. With deepest condolences, Barbara Thibault Simon

To my sweet Momma, Thank you for being my hero...the best role model anyone could ever have, and for all the special times we shared together. You were always up for any kind of adventure. We also had so much fun just enjoying the simple things, like sitting together on the front porch. I miss you terrible, but I know you have new adventures to pursue now--and I look forward to hearing all about them when we are reunited again.
