Obituary of Valerie Ann Edwards

Valerie Ann Edwards, 40, beloved daughter of Marilyn J. and the late John F. Edwards, passed away on May 21, 2016. Born in Belleville, Valerie resided in Union before moving to Linden. She graduated from Union High School and Union County College. Valerie earned her Nursing degree from Essex Nursing School. Valerie worked as an LPN at Care one @ Parsippany in Parsippany. Valerie is survived by her loving mother, Marilyn J. Edwards; and her dear siblings, Suzanne and Daniel Johnson, Lindsay and John Pross, and John Edwards, and his fiancé, Rachael Sholom. She is also survived by her many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Thursday, May 26, 2016 from 4-8pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main Street, Madison. A Funeral Mass for Valerie will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Thomas More Church, 4 Convent Road, Morristown. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery, Colonia.
