Obituary of Robert L McLoughlin

Robert L. “Bobby” McLoughlin, 61, passed away peacefully at home on May 30, 2016. He was born in Montclair, NJ, on May 12, 1955. He lived in South Orange, NJ, prior to moving to Lake Hopatcong. Bobby graduated from Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ, 1973. Although he retired, he was a life-long chef by career and continued his love of cooking at home for family and friends. He is survived by his daughter, Danielle M. Ubhaus and her husband, Robert, and his son, Alexander McLoughlin. He is also survived by his sisters, Deborah McLoughlin, Lisa McLoughlin-Doyle, Caryn Battaglia and her husband, Tony, and his brother, Eugene McLoughlin and his wife, Lynne and a grandchild, Kayleigh Anne Ubhaus as well as five nieces, four nephews, and two great-nieces and two great- nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Ann (Lizza) McLoughlin and John McLoughlin. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, June 5, 2016, from 2-6 pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main St., Madison, NJ 07940. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016, at 9:45 am at St. Rose of Lima Church,312 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
