Obituary of Robert W Hochman

Robert W. Hochman Worked in the food service industry for over 40 years, 66 Robert W. Hochman, 66, passed away on June 24, 2016, at Morristown Medical Center after a brief illness. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Tuesday, June 28, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains, N.J., 07950. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Robert was born in Passaic, N.J., and resided in Bloomfield, N.J., prior to moving to Morristown, N.J., where he lived for 43 years. He graduated from William Paterson College in 1973 with a bachelor's degree. Robert worked his entire career in the food service industry, totaling over 40 years. Most recently, Robert has spent the past nine years working in sales for Driscoll Foods in Clifton, N.J. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary (Singer) Hochman, and his devoted children, Jeffrey of Morris Plains, N.J., Christopher of Bloomfield, N.J., Kevin of Astoria, N.Y., and Thomas of Morris Township, N.J. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Hochman of Winchester, Mass. The family requests that donations may be made in Robert's memory to the ASPCA at aspca.org.
