Obituary of Pearl B Blumberg

Pearl (Levine) Blumberg, 94, passed away on May 30, 2015 at Weston Assisted Living Residence, Whippany, NJ. She was born in New York City and lived in Del Ray, FL and Monroe Township, NJ prior to moving to Whippany, NJ six years ago. Pearl was a homemaker who lovingly took care of her family. She is survived by her daughters, Alice Samach and her husband, Michael, MD, of Morris Plains, NJ and Nora Fox and her husband, Stephen, DDS, of Cheshire, Conn. She is also survived by her sister, Annette Miller of Boca Rotan, FL, and her grandchildren, David Samach, Julie Rosenberg and her husband, Steven, Laurie Davis and her husband, Mark, Tracy Singer and her husband, Greg, MD, and Bryan Fox and his wife, Tammy, and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Irvin H. Blumberg in 2008. The funeral service will be held at Temple B’nai Or, 60 Overlook Road, Morristown, NJ at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. Interment will be at Cedar Park Cemetery, Forest Ave., Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St. Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
