Obituary of Leonard D Morgan

Leonard D. Morgan, 91, of Chatham, NJ passed away on September 18, 2016. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Leonard resided in Tulsa, Oklahoma before moving to Chatham in 1967. Leonard proudly served his country as a P.F.C.in the Marine Corps. during WWII. He earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri in 1948. Leonard was a self-employed Manufacturing Rep for L.D. Morgan Company since 1987. Leonard is survived by his loving companion, Shirley Pettijohn; and his devoted children, Randy Charles Morgan, of Cincinatti, OH, Roger Scott Morgan, of Felton, CA, and Julie Lynn Morgan, of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by his brother, Lawrence E. Morgan, of Downersgrove, Ill; and one grandson, Tyler Morgan. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 4-8pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main Street, Madison. A Funeral Service for Leonard will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 11:00am at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery, Chatham.
