Obituary of Philip James Timmins, Jr.

Philip James Timmins, Jr., 83, passed away on October 9, 2016, at Morris View Nursing Home, Morris Plains, NJ. He was born in Summit, NJ, and lived in Madison, NJ. At the time of his marriage in 1972, he moved to Morristown, NJ, where he resided for over 30 years.
Philip graduated from Madison High School and worked for AT&T, in Morristown, NJ, for over 30 years. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Morris Plains, NJ.
Philip is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Timmins and his devoted daughters, Kimberly Rossman, and her husband, David, of Morristown, NJ, and Katie Ehm and her husband, Charles, of Fredericksburg, VA. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren, Abigail , Brenna, Cailyn, and Hadley.
He was predeceased by his parents, Philip James Timmins, Sr. and Augusta Fredericka Bergman as well as a sister, Barbara Homic.
A private Memorial Service will be held on Friday with family members and close friends. The family requests that donations in Philip's memory may be made to the Randolph Rescue Squad, 780 State Highway 10 West, Randolph, NJ 07869 (randolphrescue.org).
