Very saddened to learn of Bill's passing. Bill was a true character within the FSSP and that is saying something. He always seemed full of joy and energy. That's how I will remember him - I'm sure many others will as well.

I've known Mr. Kelly since I was 8 years old and had the privilege of knowing him and his family for 35 years. He was there when I needed a ride to take my first cat to the vet where she passed away to helping me catch my first fish (carp). He always insisted on me calling him by his first name but my respect was old school so he was always "Mr. Kelly" to the last days of me seeing him which was only a few months ago. Rest In Peace and I'll always keep your infectious laugh in my head to help me smile through the pain.
