Obituary of Alfons A. Bauer

Alfons A. “Al” Bauer, 87, of Randolph, formerly of Morris Plains, passed away on July 25, 2019. 

Born in Newark, NJ, Al moved to Morris Plains, NJ, where he lived for 39 years. Al graduated from Newark College of Engineering (N.J.I.T.) in 1953 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduating, Al proudly served in the United States Army as a Corporal during the Korean Conflict. 

Before his retirement in 1995, Al was an Electrical Engineer with ITT Corporation in Nutley, NJ.

Alfons is survived by his devoted daughter, Carol Beeck and her husband, William, and adoring grandchildren, Ryan, Chelsea and Christopher Beeck. Alfons is predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara (1988) and son, Robert Bauer (2001).

Family and friends are welcome to gather for Memorial Visitation on Monday, July 29, 2019 from 5 pm - 7 pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Inurnment is private.
