Obituary of Carmela I. Catizone

Carmela Catizone, 95, passed away on July 28, 2019 in Randolph, NJ. She was born in Magisano, Italy, and resided for the last 50 years in Randolph.

As a homemaker, she lovingly took care of her family. She was a member of St. Margaret’s Church, Morristown, NJ.

She is survived by her devoted sons, Cesare Catizone and Vincent Catizone and his wife, Giovanna, and a sister, Michelina Piccolo. She is also survived by her nephews, Joe and Vincent, as well as nieces, Alessandra and Allison. Carmela was predeceased by her husband, Guiseppe, in 1985.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Friday, August 2, 2019, from 4-7 pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains, NJ. A Funeral Mass for Carmela will be celebrated on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at 10:00 am at St. Margaret’s Church. Entombment will follow at Holy Rood Mausoleum, Morristown, NJ.
