Visiting Gigi in New Jersey will never be the same again. I always looked forward to the stop at 'Villa Bellissima' to see Mom and Dad. It always felt like home to me. Your kindness and warmth and humor will be forever missed. Rest in peace, Sweet Lou.

We are very sad and miss Sweetness already. He always wanted everyone to find their happiness, and was willing to find it for you if you asked. Everything he ever did for us will be remembered, but mostly his love. Always remember the good times! Love forever, Ray, Gina, Linda and Clyde.

Jimmy posted a condolence

I never met a man tougher or stronger than Lou, but I often wondered why family would call him sweet Lou. As I got to know him better I realized he had a kindness and a sweetness in his heart that not everyone would get a chance to see. Family was everything to him. He gave his all to being a good husband and father and that's all that ever mattered. It was an honor and a pleasure to call him my father-in-law. I want you to know that I will miss you though. I especially want you to rest assured that I will look out for your family for the time that I have on this Earth. Until we meet again my friend, rest in peace... love your son-in-law Jimmy.

I’m so sorry to hear of your great loss. I will always cherish the fun times that I had as a Local 620 carpenter with both Louis and his brother Bobbie.
