Obituary of Mildred Fernandes

Mildred Fernandes (née Saporito), of Randolph, NJ passed away on August 31st 2019 after a long and vibrant life of 97 years.

Prior to her retirement, she worked in the Randolph school district for 30 years and before that, worked in Dover at a school for severely handicapped children.

Mildred was predeceased by her husband Manuel in 2002 and her 5 beloved sisters. She will be greatly missed by her children Laura Cheval of Morris Plains, Richard Fernandes of Randolph, her four grandchildren Matthew Udall and his wife Lauren, Jocelyn Drollinger and her husband Dan, Ryan Udall and Kelli Cheval. She is also survived by her 4 precious great grandchildren and her two sisters Margarita Holzman and Angela Saporito.

There will be a celebration of her life on Saturday September 14, 2019 at Resurrection Parish on Millbrook Ave in Randolph at 11AM. Interment at Gates of Heaven will be private.
