Obituary of Concetta I. Polcaro

Concetta I. Polcaro, 89, of Cedar Knolls passed away with her loving family by her side on November 24, 2019. 

Born in Pratola Serra, Italy, Concetta resided in Maplewood for 15 years before moving to Cedar Knolls 24 years ago. 

Concetta was a homemaker and lovingly took care of her family. She was also a parishioner of Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church in Cedar Knolls. 

Concetta is survived by her loving husband, Antonio Polcaro; and her devoted children, Filippo Polcaro, Pasquale Polcaro, and Maria Mazza. She is also survived by her beloved sister, Elena Magliaro; and her cherished grandchildren, Theresa Mazza, Vincent Mazza, Antonio Polcaro, and Andrew Polcaro. Concetta is predeceased by her brother, Ferdinando DiGiovanni, and her sister, Antonietta Mazza. 

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 2-5pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. A Funeral Mass for Concetta will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 10:00am at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church, 75 Ridgedale Avenue, Cedar Knolls. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
