Whelan, Ruth Bouchard, 93 of Randolph, NJ, passed away on December 11, 2019 after a short illness.
Born in Chicago to Rudolph and Virginia Sheahan Bouchard, Bush was raised with her four sisters in Milwaukee. In 1949, she married Dave Whelan.
