One of the Best Memories ever was at Our wedding reception on board the HMS Staatendam, when Uncle Nick played to Mimi when the band took a break. We had the Wedding at "The Little Church Around the Corner" following in the footsteps of Nick and Aunt Connie many years later.

This is Uncle Nick's niece and goddaughter, Barbara Anne, and her husband, Dan, o how we will miss him on this planet, and praying for Mary Lou and Dave and all the family on this loss. My only consolation in this, is that i know i will see Tio Nick in Heaven, and Aunt Connie, o, gosh, what an example they set for all of us, Greatly missed already... We love you all... Nick and Connie Burde were a loving couple from an era of friendships that included my parents. What a fine group of people and friends they all were. Even 20 years after the death of my parents they were still sending out birthday greetings to my brother Scott, who spoke of Nick’s piano playing fondly. RIP. Louise(Thomas) Duda
