Obituary of Janice L. Strowbridge

Janice L. Strowbridge, 83, West Milford Janice L. Strowbridge, born September 12,1936, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2020. She was 83. Janice was born, raised & lived in Morristown before moving to West Milford with her Daughter in October 2018. She worked at SS Kresge Co in Morristown as a Bookkeeper before starting her family with the Love of Her Life, George. She then resumed working in 1972 at Transistor Devices in Cedar Knolls where she remained for over 30 Years. She was a Member of the St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. She Loved to Read, Cook, Bake, Crochet, Play Bingo, Bowl, Travel & Play the Lottery. Janice is survived by her Loving Daughter, Katheryn Blackwell (Doug), of West Milford & her Son, Doug (Suzie), of Rockaway, 5 Grandchildren, Erika, Doug, Andrew, Amanda & Adam and 6 Great-GrandChildren, Gabby, Olivia, Maddy, Mackenzie, Riley and Brayden. (Due in May). She was predeceased by her Husband George, her Sister Lucille Ortwein and Brothers Francis, Gregory and Thomas Westbrook. There will be no services at this time. A Memorial and Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
