Obituary of Paul A. Zuckerman

Please share a memory of Paul to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
There are never enough words to say about someone you love when they depart this world and go on to life everlasting. Paul was a good man. He had a good heart and a kind spirit. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and most of all, husband. Paul’s devotion to Sharon was complete. Married almost 50 years, they faced all of life’s ups and downs, tears and joys together and their love surely lives on. Paul was a big brother to Ilona since she was 9 years old. He became my brother soon after when Ilona and I were dating in H.S. and we all shared some great times over these many years. Paul was also a loyal friend and anyone who knew him well could only have good things to say about him. Paul was a devoted son and took care of his parents along with Sharon until they passed. He was also a loving son-in-law to Sharon and Ilona’s mom and they shared a very special relationship which was more like mother and son. Paul loved old movies, mystery novels and his dogs Barney, Molly and Casey. Since Paul was a child he had a severe hearing deficit. He never let that define him and he never complained about it. He worked hard all his life and went back to school in his 30’s while working two jobs. He graduated and was so proud of his accomplishment. All of us were proud of him. We are grateful for Paul. We will cherish the good times, holidays, family get togethers, vacations, laughter and love. Paul, may our Heavenly Father receive you with open arms. Rest in Peace dear Paul. Together forever. The Zuckerman family is concerned about the well-being of those they love and care about. A private burial will take place at Cedar Park Cemetery in Paramus, NJ. We ask that you please keep Paul’s family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Arrangements are under the care of Dangler Funeral Home, Morris Plains.
