My condolences to my 4 cousins. Growing up we spent many hours at the lake with our parents. Your mom was always smiling and had a wonderful laugh. Those were times we will always treasure. Your mom was a very accomplished woman and admired by many for her cheerful disposition. I will always remember her with loving memories. Her niece carol

Jeanne was one of my first friends when I came to Madison 20 years ago and the last person I played bridge with before the pandemic hit. She was a model of staying involved with friends and activities and how to age gracefully. I will miss her so much.

I first met Jeanne many years ago when we both were volunteers on a church group assisting a Vietnamese refugee family. I got to know her after I retired 15 years ago and joined the bridge group of which she was a member. She helped me get back to the game which I had played and loved in my younger years. She also taught me mahjong later. Jeanne was a wonderful friend and mentor and we had many great conversations about books, movies and music. My sincere condolences to the family.

Dear Murdock Family
We are very sad Monique and I, about the departure of our beloved Aunt Jeanne-Hélène. We want to convey to you all our affection in these difficult times. When circumstances permit, that is, after the restrictions imposed by the pandemic that we are currently passing through, we will be happy to join in a family ceremony in honor of our dear aunt, to say together how much we loved her.

Jeanne was my late Mother's dearest friend dating back to 1950 when they were neighbors in Roselle, New Jersey. She and her family remained close to our family over many years. Jeanne was a wonderful person who will be grievously missed by all who knew her. My heartfelt condolences to her family.

Eileen Core and I were happy to meet Jean for dinner In December and introduce her to Afghan food. She was a pleasure to be with and we always enjoyed her stories of France, family, Douglass Days, and Surf City. We will miss her forever.

Dear Family Members,
I am so saddened to learn of Jeanne's passing. I have known Jeanne since the early 80's through the Surf City Yacht Club. We shared so many wonderful times and the memories will stay with me. I mentioned "passing" but Jeanne will never pass from me. Some few people we meet along the path become part of who we are. Jeanne is one of those few people. Jeanne was so very special and I truly loved this wonderful gal. I believe we are all fortunate to have known and loved this very special woman.
