Denise, Laura & Karen,
I always enjoyed meeting with Denise at your dad's house, as we sat in his favorite back room and ate together, while listening to your dad'd stories, often about his jobs, family, food and his home. He was always so welcoming & made me feel like family.
I will miss him, his hearty laugh, kindness, generosity and his love for life.
Love & prayers,
Mary-Jo Zinnie

I have many fond memories of Mr. Vigilanti. He was always so kind and welcoming. He would make everyone feel comfortable at his house. The Vigilanti house was always so lively and filled with love. From his pizza to his many talks about life and the good ole days. He was so welcoming to me as a child then as an adult with my kids. He is now with his beloved Natalie. My sympathy for the whole family.
Love,
Suzanne

It is so hard to find the words to express my sadness over the loss of such a wonderful kind and caring person as Mr Vigilante. Growing up down the street, he and Mrs Vigilante were always so welcoming of me to come over and hang with Denise, my best friend since Kindergarten. He continued to be welcoming as adults, welcoming me and my young daughter to visit with Denise and her daughters at his house and showed such patience as the girls would run around banging on the piano.. As a child, i loved his homemade pizza. As an adult, I enjoyed eating Wendy's on his porch. Most recently I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast with him at a local bagel place and chatting with him at Karen's house. I will miss him dearly. Much condolences to his entire family

My memories of Mr. Vigilante warm my heart. He adored his family and was always there for them in every way. I remember his homemade pizzas, his contagious laugh and his faithful heart. Growing up, I always felt welcomed in the Vigilante home, as they made me feel like I was part of the family. Mr. Vigilante was a hard worker; I remember on weekends he would do yard work and other chores around the house, such as washing his car (for some reason that sticks out in my mind.) He would then clean himself up, so effortlessly it seemed and made it a priority to go to church. He would always allow me to join with Laura, Karen and Denise. My favorite part was going to Roy Rogers for dinner after evening Mass. Mr. Vigilante loved his family and was a kind and caring son. I remember the love and kindness he showed to his mother and those fun visits to granny's old house in Morristown. Thank you Mr. V. for being such a positive influence in my life and so many others. You will never be forgotten.
With Love,
Kathleen Dunn

He was the crossing guard right at the corner in front of my house and helped my kids cross when they came home from elementary school. It was always so nice to go out and chat with him while waiting for the kids to come down the street. Lara Gallo and family

Dear Denise,Laura and Karen,
It was my greatest pleasure to not only know you but know both your wonderful parents. Natalie was a wonderful friend and always welcomed my into her home where I had the privilege to meet and talk with her husband and your father, our dear Dominic. Tears fill my eyes as I not only think back to those days but also September 7 at Hanover Township Day. After the festivities you invited me to Karen's house where I once again was reunited with your loving father. It brought back so many memories of the good times
we spent together. Know that both of them will always be looking down and supporting all of you. They gave not only all of you their unconditional love but gave it to anyone they met. Now they are once again reunited in a most wonderful place where everyone shares love. He will be missed but never forgotten because Dominic like Natalie will live in our hearts forever. I thank you so much for sharing them with me. May the good memories be with you always. Cry for our loss of them but rejoice in the memories that they gave all of us. I will always be here for you just reach out at anytime. May God give you all the strength needed to walk this sad mile to say until we meet again to a warm, loving, caring man, Dominic.
Love with all my heart,
Mrs. Amadori (Pat)

Dad, we love you so much and miss you more than can be imagined. It is strange knowing you are not here with us anymore as you have been for our entire lives. You were so kind, loving and generous to everyone you met but especially to your daughters and grandchildren. May you Rest In Peace knowing you brought joy to many people in your lifetime. I hope you enjoyed being with mom on your 57th anniversary the day after you passed. Love you forever, Denise
