To Kevin, Jennifer and Patrick, We are thinking of you all today and keeping you in our prayers as you celebrate Carol’s remarkable life. We feel so blessed to have known Carol and Art and will always remember the incredible kindness and love shown to Sarah by them. On each occasion when we met Carol here in Ireland or at your home in Morris Plains, Carol’s care and interest in Sarah was something to behold, she really was Sarah’s American Mummy! There is no doubt a special place in heaven is waiting for a soul as good as Carol’s. We hope you find some consolation in knowing that Carol has left a beautiful legacy on all the lives she touched.
