Obituary of George C. Tummino

George C. Tummino, 82, passed away peacefully at home on March 19, 2021. George was born in Paterson, NJ, resided in Totowa, NJ then Sussex, NJ before he moved to Morris Plains, NJ, where he has lived for the past 38 years. George graduated from Passaic Valley High School in 1955. Before his retirement in 1999, He was an Electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 102 for 55 years. George is survived by his loving children, George R. Tummino, and his fiancé Sylvia Rivera, Melissa Bubryckie, and her husband, Joseph, Charles Tummino, and his wife, Amy, and Loretta Tummino and her fiancé, Gary Davis, his adoring grandchildren, Kelly Herrera, Chelsea LaSalle, Bryan Tummino, Alison Tummino, Kristen Tummino, Nicole Hill and her wife, Meghan, Tiffany Bubryckie, Cody Bubryckie, Aubrey Tummino, Christian Tummino, KayLynn Davis and Ella Davis, and his beloved great-grandchildren, James, Kyleigh, and Johnny. George is also survived by his caring sister, Carmella “Cookie” Band, and cherished niece and nephew, Karen and Franklin Legore. George is predeceased by his wives, Suzanne La Barre (1984) and Alice Pagano (2009). Family and friends are welcome to gather on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 from 5-8 pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 10:45 am at Dangler Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.
