Sincere condolences to the entire Joest family. Growing up, George Sr and his wife Dorothy were always so gracious and opened up their home to all of us. He had a great sense of humor and we enjoyed him. He is now reunited with his wife Dorothy and his parents. Rest in peace. Caroline Chow

Sincere condolences to Chris and George and their families. As an employee of IMT for 17 years I knew George Sr. and his wife. The IMT family always made me feel like I also was a part of their family. I shall miss him.

To Linda, George, Jr. , Chris, and Pamela,.......it was with great sorrow that I learned of my best friends passing. I've known your father longer than anyone alive today, as we were born in Philadelphia, one month apart, to German immigrant parents who were the best of friends and lived a few city blocks from one another. As youngsters we grew up together in Newark and vacationed together with our parents in Highland Lakes and the Jersey Shore. Our friendship never wavered during our adult years and to this day I still consider George as the best all around pal a guy could ever have. He was successful in everything set out to accomplish; a great life partner in Dorothy, a significant growth and success in his business, a loving family, and beating a life threatening illness through pure perseverance. He was, and will always be "Uncle George" to our children. "Aunt" Edith and I will miss him dearly. "Uncle" Gary. Venice, Florida
