Obituary of Arthur J. Reed

Arthur J. Reed, 70, passed away on March 8, 2017. Born and raised in Orange, Arthur has resided in Lake Hiawatha since 1993. He graduated from Orange High School in 1963. Arthur proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy on the U.S.S. Lexington. After his time in service, he went to work for Automatic Switch Company in Florham Park, until his retirement in 2011. He was a member of the American Legion. Arthur is survived by his dear sister, Patricia H. Ricciardelli; and beloved brothers, Bruce H. Crane, and William H. Crane. He is also survived by his cherished nieces and nephews, Manfred Ricciardelli, Renee Ricciardelli, Bruce Crane, Denise Slattery, Ellen Martinez, William Crane, and Eric Crane. Visiting will be on Monday, March 13, 2017 from 4-7pm, with a Funeral Service at 7pm, at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Interment will be private.
