Robert F. "Bob" Pallotta, 84, of Belvidere, New Jersey, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital - Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, on June 9, 2021. Bob was born in Morristown, New Jersey, and resided in Morris Plains, New Jersey, for most of his life before he and his wife moved to Belvidere. Bob graduated from Morristown High School and went on to proudly serve his country in the Army during the Vietnam War from 1955-1959. Before his retirement, Bob was a Union Carpenter with Local 620 in Madison, New Jersey. Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Jacqueline Wells Pallotta, with whom he spent 50 years, and daughter, Nicole Pallotta. He is also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of long-time friends. Bob is predeceased by his parents and six siblings. Bob enjoyed golfing, trivia, frisbee, home improvement projects, and spending time outside with family and friends. He was an excellent Italian cook and his pasta fazool was legendary. Bob was generous, kind, quick to laugh, and always eager to help friends and strangers alike. An animal lover, Bob had a tender heart and a gentle spirit. He was one of a kind and will be dearly missed by all who knew him, including his cherished dog Sammy. Bob touched the lives of many and will always be remembered with love and affection. Funeral Services are private at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to Dangler Funeral Home, Morris Plains.
