Obituary of MaryAnn Fasano

With heavy hearts we are sad to announce the passing of MaryAnn Fasano (Kissel). She died peacefully on Sunday, June 20th with family around her. MaryAnn grew up in Madison NJ graduating in 1957 from Bayley Ellard High School. She lived in Chatham Township with her family until moving to Whippany three years ago. MaryAnn was 82. She was a friend, confidant, a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She leaves behind her daughters, Diana (Kissel) Calvanico and Deborah (Kissel) Campesi and husband William Campesi; Grandchildren: Anthony and Juliana Campesi, Autumn and Lucas Calvanico as well as her sister, Linda Russell and husband Gerald, brothers Joseph Fasano and wife Lauren, James Fasano, and wife Barbara, and brother-in-law, William Behre, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters: Frances Behreand, Kathleen Vigliotti, and her parents, Joseph and Nila Fasano. MaryAnn was a beautiful and caring person with a generous nature. She was outgoing, friendly, and made anyone smile and feel welcome in her presence. She dedicated her life to supporting and caring for her family, friends, and pets. She was always there for anything anyone needed her. She was our rock. She has a special love of angels, and now is our angel and will be with us forever. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, from 5-8 pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main Street, Madison. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 11 am at Corpus Christi Church, 234 Southern Boulevard, Chatham. Entombment will follow at Restland Memorial Park Mausoleum, East Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to MaryAnn's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online at www.stjude.org
