Jean was the first kind face I saw when I came to work at the Morris County Courthouse and we have been friends ever since. I spoke to her a few weeks ago but typical of Jean, she didn't elaborate on her condition. I am so saddened by her passing and my deepest sympathies to her family who loved her so. May the memories of the years spent with her somehow console you as they will me. Fran Gargano

From the day we set foot in Ocean Grove 15 years ago, Jean looked out for Tommy and me. Always a kind word, always a great giggle, always a class act. She will be sorely missed by so many❤️ We will miss yu Jean. Thea & Tommy
