I wanted to say how sorry I am to hear of Armand's passing. I only met him a few times at Nolan's Ridge Condo Complex where he lived. I brought him brownies when he moved in and talked a couple of times. He was such a nice man to chat with. He will be missed by the people who got to know him here at Nolan's Ridge.
