Obituary of Karen Lee Drew

Karen Lee Drew (née Beatrice), 77, of Madison, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2021, with her loving family by her side. Karen lived in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey before settling in Madison, where she lived for 45 years. A 1962 graduate of Governor Livingston High School in Berkeley Heights, Karen attended All Souls Hospital School of Nursing in Morristown, New Jersey, graduating in 1965 with an RN degree. Karen continued her professional career as a Registered Nurse at All Souls and Overlook Hospitals before becoming a private duty Geriatric Nurse for 25 years. Karen retired in 1999. Karen was a faithful parishioner of St. Vincent Martyr Church in Madison and is survived by her loving husband, Robert Drew, devoted children, Richard Drew of Madison, Michael Drew of Boxford, Massachusetts, Robert Drew Jr. of Morristown, and daughters-in-law, Sandy Drew and Christine Drew. She is also survived by her adoring grandchildren, Campbell Drew, Cathryn Drew, Madeleine Drew and Aidan Drew. She is also survived by her caring siblings, Rosemarie Gorton and Anthony Beatrice. Karen leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews. Karen is predeceased by her brother, Theodore Beatrice. A Memorial Mass for Karen will be celebrated on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 10 am at St. Vincent Martyr Church, 26 Green Village Road, Madison.
