Marie Lorenzo, 94, of Verona, New Jersey, passed away in Livingston, New Jersey on February 12, 2022.
Born in Newark, New Jersey, Marie lived in Montclair, New Jersey before settling in Verona, where she has lived for the past 58 years.
Marie graduated from Montclair High School in 1945 and was a Homemaker. She was a faithful parishioner of Our Lady of the Lake in Verona.
Marie is survived by her loving daughters, Deborah Bennett and her husband, Robert, and Dana Fernandez and her husband, Anthony, adoring granddaughters, Sara Poll and her husband, Brian, Samantha Somerset and her husband, Donald, Caroline Fernandez and Katherine Fernandez. Marie was looking forward to being a great-grandmother in the spring. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Angelo Lorenzo (2012), and by her cherished siblings, John Rizzo, Doris Lopresto, and Lewis Rizzo.
A Memorial Mass for Marie will be scheduled at a later date.
