Obituary of Cira Prizzi

Cira Prizzi, 93, of Morris Township passed away on March 26, 2022. 

Born in Bolognetta, Sicily, Italy, Cira resided in Morris Township for the past 60 years. 

Cira worked as a seamtress for the Gloria Coat Company for 20 years. She was also a parishoner of St. Virgil's Church, Morris Plains. 

Cira is survived by her devoted children, Concetta Benigno, and her husband, Luigi, of Newton, and Alessio "Tony" Prizzi, and his wife, Alicia, of Morris Plains. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Vincent and Jeannie Benigno, Carmela Zega, Maria and Rob Klein, Angelo and Jennifer Benigno, Anthony Prizzi, and Sara Prizzi; as well as 9 adored great-grandchildren, and 18 dear nieces and nephews. 

A Funeral Service for Cira will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 10:00am at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Interment will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Morris Township.
