Obituary of Gail J. Hiserodt

Gail J. Hiserodt, 69, of Morris Township passed away peacefully at home on April 6, 2022 with her daughters by her side.

Born and raised in Morristown, Gail graduated from Morristown High School in 1970. She resided in Morris Township for most of her life and she worked locally within the salon industry until she retired.

Gail thoroughly enjoyed her frequent visits to New Orleans and was a big fan of the New Orleans Saints.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ken and Muriel Trevena, and her sisters, Linda, Judy and Janet.

Gail is survived by her devoted daughters, Wendy Kaufmann, and her husband, Peter, of New Orleans, LA, and Elizabeth Hiserodt, of Morristown, NJ, her nieces and nephews, step-granddaughter and many beloved grand-furbabies.

Gail didn’t want a service or funeral; she loved New Orleans and her request was for her ashes to be scattered in City Park amoungst the large oak trees.

Gail was a kind and selfless individual with a zest for life. She had many friends, always brought a smile to everyone’s face and will be remembered dearly by the lives she touched.
